These Clients came to us with the 2016 HGTV Dream home on their wish-list. For several reasons that became impractical, but by adding some additional design ideas specific for the location we came up with this 2200 sq-ft 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a separate 1 Bedroom ADU.
